I provide a safe, secure, and confidential counselling service for individuals with a wide range of difficulties. My approach is integrative, which means I use a variety of methods and approaches, tailored to the problems you present. In the first instance I seek to establish a trusting, non-judgmental relationship within which you can feel safe enough to explore the issues that bring you to therapy. Your agenda is central. I work supportively, but with challenge, to help you re-examine and change your ways of living if these are not working well enough for you. Sometimes you may not be sure what exactly is bothering you. You may need to establish or re-establish a sense of meaning in your life. You may just need to talk to someone who will really listen.
